Artist & Vendor Village Application
Thank you for your interest in being part of Troy PorchFest! Our Artist & Vendor Village is a curated part of the festival, featuring a variety of local artists, makers, and small businesses.
Before applying, please review the information below carefully.
All booth fees for Artisan Tent Village will be refunded in full in the event the festival cannot occur.
New for This Year: Location Update
The Artist & Vendor Village will be located on Short Street.
- Booths will be set up on concrete
- The area is fully exposed to sun and weather
- Vendors must provide:
- Their own tent/canopy
- Weights (required)
If Accepted
- You will be contacted directly by Brianna Adams via email. I will not contact you via any other online messaging service.
- Payment details will be provided after acceptance. Do not send payment in advance
Vendor Expectations
We prioritize:
- Handmade or artist-designed goods
- Unique or locally connected products
- Professional, well-presented booths
Selection Process
Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance.
Space is limited, and vendors are selected based on:
- Product type and variety
- Overall balance of the vendor mix
- Fit with the event
We may limit vendors within similar categories.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Early submission is encouraged, but selection is not first-come, first-served.
- Artwork must be original and not infringe on the rights of any other party. The work sold must be of the same nature and quality as the images submitted with the application. No profanity or explicit imagery is permitted. Hayner reserves the right to request the removal of any work that differs from images submitted, as well as any inappropriate work on display.
- Food and body care products require specific permission from the committee AND REQUIRE a certificate of insurance with specific language protecting festival administration. CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
- I understand that photographs may be taken of me, my volunteers or staff and any artwork and/or product at this Hayner event. These photographs may be used by the Hayner to promote Hayner activities or for documentation and archival purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Representative (you, on behalf of your business, workers, volunteers and/or any subcontractors) agree to save harmless and defend the indemnified parties, the employees, the Board of Governors, the volunteers of Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, The Friends of The Hayner, The Troy City School System, The City of Troy, Ohio, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, fines, causes of action suits and liability of every kind including court costs and attorneys’ fees for injury to or death of any person, for damage to any property, for loss of business, for consequential damages and all other damages (collectively, “damages”) arising out of or in connection with this event.
