Please have your insurance agent prepare a certificate of Insurance for us in the amount of $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 General Aggregate.

The following are listed as as additional insured: All employees, volunteers, committes and boards of the following organizations: The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, The Friends of Hayner organization, The Troy City School System, The Troy, Ohio Board of Education, The Troy-Miami County Public Library, The City of Troy (Its elected and appointed officials, boards, commissions and/or authorities and board members.)
