Local music happening in a culture of community generosity.

So what is PorchFest?


The first PorchFest started in 2007 in Ithaca, New York and has since become a national movement.

You will find these community music fests popping up all over the country, from coast to coast.


Imagine 40 bands on 40 porches in a variety of styles and genres playing throughout the Southwest Historic district on porches, in side-yards, lots and patios. Pick up a walk-able map of the event and choose your favorite bands. Tour one concert after the other! --> ​Be sure to bring some bills to put in your favorite band's tip jars! OR, add your tip using your phone's camera and clicking on the QR code on your band's porch sign. 


The Food Court and Artisan Tent Village will open at the Hayner at 11 am. Find menus and more at www.troyhayner.org/pf-food .


The Artisan Tent Village will open at 11:00 and will be located next to the Food Court featuring hand-crafted and fine art items.
