Registration Opens November 9, 2026
In Person: Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. in numerical order. Numbers will be distributed upon arrival.
Online: Registration opens at noon at troyhayner.org.
A $400 deposit per person, per trip is required. Checks payable to HAYNER TRIPS are preferred; credit cards are also accepted. Deposits are refundable until each trip's final payment deadline.

A completed and signed registration form is required for each traveler. If registering a traveling companion, please bring their completed form with the signature on the back.
Optional Travel Insurance
Travel protection is available for all multi-day trips. Review the available coverage options, pricing, and enrollment instructions before registering.
Deposits & Payments
A $400 deposit per person, per trip is required at registration. Checks payable to HAYNER TRIPS are preferred, although credit cards are accepted.
Deposits are fully refundable until the final payment deadline listed for each trip. After that deadline, payments are nonrefundable.
