If you purchased a hat you may pick it up at the front desk anytime during open hours. T-shirts will be printed by the first week of September. We will send you an email to let you know when they are ready unless you request otherwise. If you don't get the chance to pick it up before the festival it will be at the INFO Booth on the day of the festival. Call the Hayner with questions.
