Beginning Knitting: Summer Bag

In Beginning Knitting, you’ll learn the foundational knitting skills needed to complete a variety of entry-level to intermediate patterns. In this class, an easy-to-knit summer bag will be made over a series of three sessions. All knitting levels are welcome in this class! All supplies are included.

Expand your knitting skills by using knit and purl stitches to create a ribbed pot holder. All supplies are included. **Beginning Knitting or prior knitting experience is required.

Knitted Cloud Slippers

In this class, you’ll learn how to use knit stitches and strategic bind-offs to create a pair of “Cloud Slippers” by Adrianne Sullivan. All supplies are included. **Beginning Knitting or prior knitting experience is required.

Emily Kasper is an experienced knitter who enjoys sharing her love of knitting with others. She has an undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University, is a Craft Yarn Council Certified Knitting Instructor, and has done sample and test knitting. She currently teaches students, from children to adults, how to knit.
