Tango dance is one the most famous partner dances that emphasizes the vibrant and playful style of movement, rich expressions and improvisation. Its core concept revolves around leader and follower, where leader through their embrace gives openings to the follower’s response.

Yoga for Stress Relief

This special yoga series was developed to assist students in understanding stress, the mind-body connection, and using the practice of yoga and related activities in reducing and managing stress.
Each week of the month long series will focus on and include a different but soothing style of yoga practice; and one
special practice from a selection of guided meditations, yoga nidra, mindfulness, pranayama, journaling, or a sound bath.
Students will understand how the techniques used in class translate into use at home, the workplace, and in other situations where anxiety and stress can be present.
Students bring a mat and water. Other yoga props are provided unless students prefer to bring their own. **Students should be able to get up and down from their mats without assistance.**
