Event Schedule:
Application due date: Applications are due no later than September 16, 2025. Early applications are appreciated and may result in availability of your preferred location.
Fee due date: Your $50 booth fee is due within 2 weeks after application is accepted.
Set-up: Friday, November 14 after 12 noon or Saturday, November 15 beginning at 8 am. Your set up time will be assigned later. Art Studio and Ballroom can only be set up after classes.

• Will be listed on our E-news with a distribution of 1,300 subscribers.
• Hayner has created a FaceBook event page. Share our event page on your FaceBook and Instagram pages.
• Posters will be printed. Do you have a place to share a poster so your fans will be informed? (church, coffee shop, restaurant, etc.?) Let David know you want posters, you can just ask at the front desk.
