Event Schedule:
Application due date: Applications are due no later than September 16, 2024. Early applications are appreciated and may result in availability of your preferred location.
Fee due date: Your $50 booth fee is due within 2 weeks after application is accepted.
Set-up: Friday, November 15 after 12 noon or Saturday, November 16 beginning at 8 am. Your set up time will be assigned later. Art Studio and Ballroom can only be set up after classes.
Event: Saturday, November 16, 2023 from 10 am to 4 pm
Load-out: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm on Saturday, November 11, 2023

• Posters will be printed. Do you have a place to share a poster so your fans will be informed? (church, coffee shop, restaurant, etc.?) Let David or Terrilynn know you want posters, you can just ask at the front desk.
