Reservations are $70 per guest. This includes salad, dinner, dessert, wine or champagne, toast and entertainment. Proceeds support the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center. Reservations open Monday, December 26 and close Monday, February 5, 2024. Please note that your reservations cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Refunds and adjustments cannot be made after February 5, 2024.

Fillet of Beef Tenderloin
A generous tenderloin roasted to perfection and rubbed with Chef Jannides’ famous seasoning served with bordelaise sauce. On the side, green beans with almonds and garlic smashed potatoes. (all gluten free) Seasoned Boneless Breast of Chicken in a White Wine Caper Sauce A juicy chicken breast with a delicate, creamed caper sauce. Served with green beans with almonds and garlic smashed potatoes. Fire Roasted Vegetable Lasagna in a Classic Red Sauce Three cheeses, red pepper, zucchini, squash, onion, spinach and garlic make up the flavors of this vegetarian lasagna. It is baked in a hearty, seasoned tomato sauce. Served with green beans with almonds. All meals include: A coupon for a glass of wine from our wine bar, Fruited green salad, Assorted dinner roll, Chocolate mousse cake, Coffee, iced tea and a toast to love!
