Choose from these three entrée options: Fillet of Beef Tenderloin A generous tenderloin roasted to perfection and rubbed with Chef Jannides’ famous seasoning served with bordelaise sauce. On the side, green beans with almonds and garlic smashed potatoes. (all gluten free) Sun Dried Tomato Basil Cream Chicken A juicy breast of chicken atop noodles covered in a rich cream sauce delicately seasoned with sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil, plated with green beans with almonds. Cheese Ravioli with Creamy Squash Sauce Plump raviolis filled with ricotta cheese in a creamy white sauce enlivened with fresh summer squash, plated with green beans with almonds. All meals include: Fruited Green Salad, Assorted dinner roll, Chocolate Mousse Cake, coffee, iced tea and a champagne or juice toast to love! Each guest will receive a coupon for a glass of wine from our wine bar. |
