The following is our Indemnity Agreement:
The vendor named above, its officials, employees, and agents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, its volunteers, its staff, its governing board, the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, the Friends of Hayner organization, the Board of Education and the Troy City School System and the Troy Miami County Public Library against all loss, expense, damage claims, injuries, cause of action, attorney fees, and court costs which may occur or be sustained by or arise from acts or omissions related to the 2021 Troy, Ohio PorchFest.

Additional Rules and Info
1. I understand that the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any exhibit, personal
property, personal injury or accident suffered on the premises.
2. I understand that in the event of bad weather the festival may be cancelled. Your fee will be refunded upon request.
3. Load in for vendors must occur before 10:00 am

Load out must occur after 7:00 or after the last set has finished.
4. I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all state and local regulations and licensing organizations.
5. All Food vendors
are required
to provide evidence of Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount of $1 million per occurrence. Please name as additional insured:
The following are listed as additional insured: All employees, volunteers and boards of the following organizations:
the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, the Friends of Hayner organization, the Troy City School System, Troy, Ohio Board of Education, The City of Troy (its elected and appointed officials, boards, commissions and/or authorities and board members), and the Troy Miami County Public Library.

6. I understand that it is my responsibility to discover and comply with all federal, state, county and city regulations including The City of Troy background check for all food vendors. This background check is mandatory and is called, "Mobile Food Vehicle Vending License." This costs $25.00 and requires several weeks turnaround time. To obtain your license go to:
