Artist Application

All booth fees for Artisan Tent Village will be refunded in full in the event the festival cannot occur.
Please fill out the form and provide samples of your work (links or photos) and click submit. Those who submit early have a better chance of available booths. Your application will be reviewed by our committee. We plan to respond within one week.  Your registration will be complete with committee acceptance and booth fee payment of $25.00

    Application - Artisan Tent Village Troy, Ohio PorchFest

    All Food and body care vendors are required to provide evidence of Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount of $1 million per occurrence with the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center as the certificate holder. Please name as additional insured:  The following are listed as additional insured: All employees, volunteers and boards of the following organizations: the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, the Friends of Hayner organization, the Troy City School System, Troy, Ohio Board of Education, The City of Troy (its elected and appointed officials, boards, commissions and/or authorities and board members), and the Troy Miami County Public Library.

    SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR ARTISTS: Artwork must be original and not infringe on the rights of any other party. The work sold must be of the same nature and quality as the images submitted with the application. No profanity or explicit imagery is permitted. Hayner reserves the right to request the removal of any work that differs from images submitted, as well as any inappropriate work on display.  
    INDEMNITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Representative (you, on behalf of your business, workers, volunteers and/or any subcontractors) agree to save harmless and defend the indemnified parties (Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, its employees and volunteers, The Troy City School System, The City of Troy, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, fines, causes of action suits and liability of every kind including court costs and attorneys’ fees for injury to or death of any person, for damage to any property, for loss of business, for consequential damages and all other damages (collectively, “damages”) arising out of or in connection with this event.
    I understand that photographs may be taken of me, my volunteers or staff and any artwork and/or product at this Hayner event. These photographs may be used by the Hayner to promote Hayner activities or for documentation and archival purposes.  
    Booth fee is twenty-five dollars. You may pay fees online now by clicking the "SUBMIT" button below. Deadline for fees is two weeks after acceptance of your application. If we cannot accept your application or if the event does not take place your fees will be refunded.
