Troy, Ohio PorchFest
Food Vendors

Fill out agreement form
Pay Vendor Fee
The Troy, Ohio PorchFest takes place on the West side of downtown Troy. Forty bands will perform on forty porches in the Southwest Historic District with the first set beginning at noon and the last set beginning at 5 pm.

In conjunction with the music festival, an artisan tent village and food court will be located at the Hayner at 301 West Main Street. Twenty-eight vendor booths will be set up on the East side of the Hayner on North Short Street. A select invitation-only food court will be set up on the West side of the property and front lawn.

2019 was our inaugural festival with over a thousand visitors attending. Feedback from our tent vendors told us this was a very fun and profitable festival for them.

This has been a difficult year of planning for us as I am sure it has been for you and your business. We keep a close eye on COVID messages from the state, federal and local governments. We will have to remain flexible enough right up until the day of the festival, but we are offering a full refund of your Hayner application fee in the event the festival cannot go. Planning is an act of hope. If we don't plan, we won't have a festival. Please take a moment to complete the agreement form and complete your application by paying the fee and providing your certificate of insurance.

The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center is supported by the taxpayers of Troy and the generous donations of the Friends of Hayner. The mission is to preserve and maintain the Hayner mansion as a cultural resource center for the present and as a historical legacy for the future generations of the community of Troy, Ohio.
