Gentle Yoga for Stress Managementand Flexibility (for Women)
For new and continuing students, participate at your own pace, comfort, and ability. Classes are designed for those experiencing any of the following: the mid-life transition, chronic health challenges, fatigue, emotional/mood imbalances, weight gain, and stress. (Physically-fit students who want a gentler approach to yoga also can benefit from this class.) Classes include stretching (restorative/restful yoga and traditional postures), breathing, meditation, and relaxation exercises on the floor (while lying down, kneeling, seated, and standing). Bring a yoga mat and throw blanket. Arrive early to your first class to fill out a participation form. Wear layered clothing for comfortable movement. No refunds are available for unused classes; credit will be given into a future session if a class (in the 4, 6, or 7 week series you are registered) is canceled.

Payment must be received to guarantee spot in class. Payment is due one week
prior to the first class meeting. Your payment is your guarantee to hold a
spot in a class. Payment can be made by check or money order made payable in
the instructor's name or cash.
