Gentle Yoga for Stress Management and Flexibility (for Women)
For new and continuing students, this slower paced, non-competitive class provides props (blocks, blankets and yoga belts) to support the body. (Physically-fit students who want a gentler approach to yoga also can benefit from this class). Participants are encouraged to move at their own comfort and ability. Class includes stretching and yoga postures; stress awareness and stress management; meditation; healthy breathing; and deep relaxation. You will need to get down onto the floor and back up without assistance. Bring a yoga mat and throw blanket. Arrive early to first class to fill out a participation form. No refunds or credits.
• Instructor: Susan Joseph, certified yoga instructor since 1997 and RYT (registered yoga teacher). Call with questions as well as offsite location, 339-1439.

• 8 Tuesdays, November 15 - January 17, 2012 (12/6 and 12/13 held offsite) (no class 12/20 and 12/27)

“Believing God”
Beth Moore challenges us to take God at His word, believe His promises, and, as a result, live fuller lives.

Sahaja Meditation
Sahaja yoga is a meditation technique based on ancient practices. This class will involve discussions of Sahaja meditative ideas and concepts and will involve collective mediation. While these classes meet on a regular basis, it is recommended to contact the instructor prior to attending for the first time; 335-5585.

The instructor will lead you on a personal journey of discovery in order to explore the class theme. All materials needed to create your original art piece are included in this class.

Payment must be received to guarantee spot in class. Payment is due one week
prior to the first class meeting. Your payment is your guarantee to hold a
spot in a class. Payment can be made by check or money order made payable in
the instructor's name or cash.
