Making Liberty in Christ a Reality in Life, leads you through a study of the Scriptures to discover the transforming power of Christian freedom. Basaed on Isaiah 61:1-4, t his in-depth study draws parellels between the captive Israelites and today’s believers.

Introduction to Usui Reiki
What is Reiki and how does it work? How might it help me, my family, friends, or my business? Learn about Reiki’s history and what it is (and isn’t). This class will include an explanation of Reiki techniques with questions and answers. Each participant will have the opportunity to experience receiving Reiki from the instructor during this class. Pre-registration required.

Sahaja (Meditative) Yoga
Sahaja yoga is a meditation technique based on ancient practices. This class will involve discussions of Sahaja yoga ideas and concepts and will involve collective mediation. This is not a physical exercise class, but is a meditation class. While these classes meet on a regular basis, it is recommended to contact the instructor prior to attending for the first time; 335-5585.

Gentle Yoga Stretch
Designed for students seeking a quiet, balanced and restorative class that focuses on stretching, breath, and relaxation (practiced mainly on the floor with some possible standing exercises). Bring a throw-sized blanket and a yoga sticky mat. Arrive early to fill out an intake form. For new and continuing students.

Stress Relief Through Gentle Yoga and Meditation

This class will focus on stress reduction techniques including breath work, basic stretching to release tension and increase flexibility, deep relaxation, body/breath awareness and meditation. Exercises will be practiced on the floor and in a chair, with some possible standing. Bring a throw-sized blanket and a yoga sticky mat. Arrive early to fill out an intake form. Spiritual Direction
In this class we will learn what spiritual direction is, who can benefit from having a spiritual direction and who offers spiritual direction in this area. Are you a spiritual seeker? Then you can benefit from this free workshop regardless of your faith background.

Part I - Why We Get Sick and How We Can Heal

Take control of your life and your health by changing the way you’re thinking. Your body only represents the way you feel inside. By changing the way you think, you change the way you feel. True healing begins from within. The only one who can heal is you.
Part I—Why we get sick and how we can heal. Learn about the spirit body and the chakras that connect the spirit body to the physical body. The result will be a basic understanding of how our thoughts and emotions create dis-ease in our body and what we can do to heal ourselves.

Weight Loss Hypnosis
A workshop designed to give participants hands-on training in self-hypnosis to facilitate desired body weight as well as physical and emotional wellness. Those attending will have the opportunity to enter a state of hypnosis and begin to experience the process of weight management without dieting. Hypnosis is a safe and very natural process. It was approved by the American Medical Association in 1958. Bring a pillow to sit on as the chair tends to feel uncomfortable to some. Fee includes reinforcement audio tape.

Smoking Cessation Hypnosis
Get ready for winter...no need to stand out in the cold and smoke! A workshop designed to give participants hands-on training in self-hypnosis to become a non-smoker. To be able to say the words “I am a non-smoker,” with great pride, easily and effortlessly. Those attending will learn all about hypnosis and then enter the state of hypnosis. They will find the state of hypnosis to be a very natural and normal state of mind that allows them to make the changes they want to make, to become non-smokers. At the same time, they will not gain weight and will actually reduce their stress. Bring a pillow to sit on as the chair tends to feel uncomfortable to some. Fee includes reinforcement audio tape.
