Cooking with Whole Foods to Achieve Optimum Health
In this series, Chef Daniel Lawrence will demonstrate the preparation of a healthful entree utilizing local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Chef Daniel will also discuss modifications people can make in how and what they choose to eat that will lead them to a life of optimal health and wellness.
Daniel Lawrence is a Chef, Fitness Trainer and the Founder of Healthy Habits, LLC, a company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of it’s clients by providing healthy cooking instruction and fitness training in the privacy and comfort of your home.

Payment must be received to guarantee spot in class. Payment is due one week
prior to the first class meeting. Your payment is your guarantee to hold a
spot in a class. Payment can be made by check or money order made payable in
the instructor's name or cash.
Partial financial assistance is available for
