Dawn Babylon has been teaching Home School Art at the Hayner for more than 15 years. She has taught a variety of youth art classes at the Hayner Center, in addition to having been one of our art instructors at the ever popular Art Day Camp for more than thirteen years. Following high school, Dawn completed an art program at The School of Advertising Art, which is currently known as The Modern College of Design. After working a couple of years designing monuments and memorials, Dawn took some time off to care for her growing family. During that time she enjoyed doing some freelance artwork which included painting children's murals.
"I am very blessed to be able to balance my work at the Hayner , while also teaching art to students at Troy Christian Elementary School and The Miami County Controlled Learning Center." |
